Here, you’ll find all the information you need about our shipping process and how products travel from us to you.
Each order receives care, attention and proper handling. As we create each garment to your specifications, please allow 2-4 business days for processing and 3-6 business days for shipping PRE-MADE items. The moment your order is placed, our team begins the process of delivery. Arrival time varies on factors such as your location and the type of delivery paid for during checkout. Once we receive your placed order, a confirmation email will follow which contains your package tracking number. In the event of delays we will communicate to keep customers in the loop, if a package is returned due to an insufficient address we don't have to reship the item unless the buyer pays for additional delivery options.
