At Fishermen, We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

 

Although all sales are final, returns may be accepted on a per-product-basis. For any approved returns or exchanges, you must file a request within 7 days of the delivery date. Please note that for eligible returns, store credit will be issued instead of a refund.

We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase.

In rare cases where an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

 

Upon receiving return items, we conduct an inspection. Unless the product is faulty, if your returned items show signs of wear, damage, alteration, missing tags, or fall outside the specified time frame, we will inform you of this assessment which disqualifies eligibility for store credit.  In the absence of faults, once we receive your return, and it adheres to the outlined conditions, we will issue an online store credit for the item cost, excluding shipping charges.

Please note that we may require proof of the damage or defect, such as clear photos or videos, to facilitate the resolution process.

We reserve the right to correct, update or change our returns/exchange policy at any time without notification.
